Training Procedures - Juniors and Women

Full Site Plan - Overlay

Please be aware of these new training protocols:

  • If you are unwell, please stay home.  If a player attends training and shows any symptoms, they will be isolated and have arrangements made for them to be taken home.
  • Attendance registers will be maintained via our website and will be managed by the Team Managers and the COVID Safety Officer Coordinator.
  • Maintain physical distancing as much as practical.
  • Hand Sanitiser is available in all kit bags, and at the entrance/exit to the fields.
  • Follow all signage and practice with only your team in the designated area.
  • No spectators at training, we ask that all parents/carers please remain in your car.
  • Players are to arrive at training dressed ready to train.
  • Arrive as close to your starting time as possible, leave as soon as you are finished.

With the clubhouse and surrounding grounds closed for renovations, we will be holding our junior and women training sessions at the rugby fields, entering through the first entrance of the complex off Baker Street, we suggest parking in the PCYC car park for the safest route to the fields.  We have two containers onsite storing our equipment and other essential items.

Please remember that the batting cages are CLOSED until further notice.

Game Day Procedures

All training procedures remain, with these changes:
  • One spectator per player is allowed within the designated spectator areas only.
  • Reduce sharing of equipment, all players to have their own bat, helmet and glove.
  • Canteens may not always be available at all fields, arrive at games prepared with food and drinks.
  • Clean and sanitise equipment after each game.

We have an arrangement with Narangba Demons to use their second field as our temporary home ground for the season.  This is where we will hold all home games for teams Little League through to Masters. T Ball and Rookie Ball games will be held at either Narangba Demons or Redcliffe Padres for this season.
