Clubhouse & Facilities Upgrade

MBRC- Sponsored By- RGB

In April 2020, the renovations commenced on the refurbishment of our clubhouse and upgrade to facilities and car park.  Moreton Bay Regional Council is spending $6 million on the facilities for baseball and the adjoining rugby union club.

These include:
  • Renovated clubhouse with new canteen
  • New change rooms and umpire facilities
  • New relocated bull pen for pitching/catching training and warm up
  • Improved car parking and access
  • Storage shed for our grounds crew
  • Levelled and dressed main diamond and multi-use playing fields

We are very excited about the development, and very grateful to the Moreton Bay Regional Council for their ongoing support of sporting clubs in the region.

Training Arrangements

Full Site Plan - OverlayThis does present us with some challenges this season as we won’t have access to our clubhouse, batting cages or fields until at least February 2021.  We will be holding our junior and women training sessions at the rugby fields, entering through the first entrance of the complex off Baker Street, we suggest parking in the PCYC car park for the safest route to the fields.  We have two containers onsite storing our equipment and other essential items.

Please remember that the batting cages are CLOSED until further notice.

Game Day Arrangements

Narangba Full Site Plan - Overlay

We have an arrangement with Narangba Demons to use their second field as our temporary home ground for the season.  This will allow us to have another place to train, which the seniors will take advantage of, and will also be where we hold our home games for all teams.

T Ball and Rookie Ball games will be held at either Narangba Demons or Redcliffe Padres for this season.

Narangba Demons are located at Harris Ave, Narangba.
